Politique de remboursement
If you receive a defective or damaged product please email, phone or fax us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. All returns must be reported within 14 days of Invoice date. All defective product return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of Customer invoice.
All unopened, non-defective products must be returned to Naka Head office at the customers expense.
The refund status will be marked as Pending for up to 2 business days, during which the funds are processed back to customer. Due to varying processing times at customer's bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
