If you receive a defective or damaged product please email, phone or fax us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions. All returns must be reported within 14 days of Invoice date.. All defective product return shipments must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. All unopened, non-defective products must be returned to Naka Head office at the customers expense.
